Entrepreneurship based this fellowship program is designed to encourage rural entrepreneurs. As a livelihood intervention for a family it will bring a new perspective in their working behavior, will make them independent and potential employment generators in their locality. Altogether it is a 6-month fellowship program including 3 months of extensive training and 1 year of hand-holding to sustain the business of the fellows, including evaluation period before the next batch begins.
The fellows will be selected through personal counseling basis by Vigyan Ashram. The fellows selected will be in the age group of 20-35 years. The fellows selected will be on first come first get basis. The structure and costs of the training will be finalized by Vigyan Ashram.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection to the Fellowship program is a 3 step process.
1. Applications submitted to Vigyan Ashram Pabal, Pune.
2. Shortlisted candidates will go through a telephonic interview with the fellowship team.
3. Those who qualify after the telephonic interview will be invited for an assessment process and personal interview at Vigyan Ashram
Final selections will be announced only after the personal interview.

Q: What to do in fellowship?
A: You will work for own ideology and concept to convert it into the enterprise through exploring the various technologies and getting experienced existing units, under the support and mentor-ship of Vigyan Ashram.
Q: Is there any Stipend?
A: Selected fellows will get a monthly stipend of 6000 Rs /- in which 3000 Rs/- will pay regularly and remaining amount will be paid in lump-sum amount (6 x 3000 = 18000) after six months.
